Amanda was very well prepared and  highly professional throughout the whole process.  She arrived on short  notice to our initial meeting with excellent research and a thorough  understanding of the Heritage Hunt market.  Her advice on staging and  her photographer helped present the house as it truly is - light filled  and bright.  She priced the house well, and we got a solid offer  quickly.  She was always highly responsive, and her attention to detail  in helping accomplish the inspections, minor repairs and preparation for  closing were most appreciated. We were delighted with the services  Amanda Scott provided to sell our home.  There were so many extra steps  that she took it is difficult to list them all.  At our first meeting,  she already had a complete package of materials pertaining to our  community and to the services she would provide.  She told us exactly  how to stage the house for sale and listed it for $90 thousand more than  another realtor had suggested.  
She sold the house in one day for  $75 thousand more than comparable properties.  Her professional  experience helped us navigate the minor issues that arose from the  inspection, offering suggestions on vendors to do the work that was  identified.  Finally, she followed through with all the details  connected to the closing.
We cannot say enough about how wonderful  the experience was.  Selling a house and moving is a stressful process;  Amanda made it easier.  We highly recommend her.     

Amanda was a delight to work  with because of her professionalism and ebullient personality. Amanda  helped steer us through the entire process beginning with staging the  house and culminating in a successful settlement.  In fact, Amanda  joined in and moved furniture around and brought in her own  accessories to help with the staging.  Amanda spent many Sunday  afternoons holding open houses and took the time to talk to each person  who visited the open house and ascertained their interest in purchasing  the home. Amanda Scott was just who I  needed to sell my house in this tough market.  She was always  professional and gave me constant support.  She knew the neighborhood  and I was sent daily updates as to what was on the market, price  changes, and what had just sold. She happily answered every call and  email and question I had throughout the whole process.   

Amanda  took gorgeous pictures and ran great ads in both print and online  media.  Brochures were thorough, up to date, and lovely.  Then she went  above and beyond the Realtor role.  Since the house was vacant for part  of the time, she helped me stage it and brought over some her own items  to use in the house.  She even helped me plant flowers and watered both  lawn and flowers when I couldn't get over to the house.  Her advice on  what to do to make it sell was right on target and helped to make it  look fresh and inviting.  Many of the changes helped to catch people's  eye when they were looking.  She got the house sold in a very timely  manner in a very difficult climate. Amanda is a Realtor I would happily  use again and would highly recommend to anyone putting their house on  the market.
